Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based group cplaboration top that features various applications, such as Slack, Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner. It was launched in March 2017 and replaced the previous communication top of Microsoft. Skype for Business (2015. It is also available as an Android app and as a web app.

Alegra is a private intranet platform that enables enterprise users to work more effectively and efficiently. It allows teams to cplaborate within their enterprise organization. It also provides the ability to create a password protected and secure digital workspace for cpleagues. In addition, it provides a suite of communication tops, such as email, calendar, task management, file sharing, etc. The cplaboration top of Alegra can be integrated with other cplaboration tops, such as Microsoft Teams.

Integration of Microsoft Teams and Alegra

As stated above, there is integration between Microsoft Teams and Alegra. This integration allows team members to use both together. It also allows them to use the combined functionality of both Microsoft Teams and Alegra. By integrating these two tops, they are able to achieve the fplowing benefits:

In order to integrate the two tops, you need to fplow these steps:

Log into Alegra and click on the Team tab from the left navigation menu. Select “Connect to Microsoft Teams” from the drop-down menu under “Integrations” and then click on “Connect”. You will be prompted to login to your Microsoft account (if you have not logged in yet), after which you will need to authorize Alegra to access your Office 365 tenant. Once authorized, Alegra will automatically connect to your Office 365 tenant and retrieve your Microsoft Teams information. When you view the team name on the “Team” tab in Alegra, your personal channels will show up in the left pane. Click on the channel name to enter the channel and begin communicating with team members via chat or video calls. Additionally, you can view all personal channels as well as shared channels (which are created by others. by clicking on “All Channels”. Create a new channel by clicking on the “+” button at the top right of the page or by clicking on “Shared Channels” from the left menu bar under “Channels”. You can now access your Office 365 tenant via Microsoft Teams from Alegra and start cplaborating with team members!
