Integration of Microsoft Exchange and MongoDB Realm

Microsoft Exchange?

Microsoft Exchange is a server software that was created by Microsoft, making it possible for the users to exchange messages or other files. It is used in almost every company all over the world for email and telephone communication. Nowadays, there are many possibilities to integrate Microsoft Exchange with other software programs. The most common integration is between Microsoft Exchange and MongoDB Realm.

MongoDB Realm?

MongoDB Realm is an open source NoSQL database. This means that it is not similar to conventional relational databases such as MySQL or MS-SQL. Instead it is based upon JSON documents. When a user stores information into MongoDB Realm it is saved as a document in a cplection which is similar to a table in SQL databases.

Integration of Microsoft Exchange and MongoDB Realm

There are several ways to integrate Microsoft Exchange with MongoDB Realm. One of the most common ways is to use the SMAPI interface. Another way is to use a platform as a service (PaaS. spution; like Azure DocumentDB or AWS DynamoDB. The easiest way to integrate both of the software programs is using the Quickstart Application, which can be downloaded from MongoDB Website. With this application, it is possible to easily integrate MongoDB Realm with Microsoft Exchange. The SMAPI interface can be used for both on-premises and cloud versions of Microsoft Exchange. Using an instance of MongoDB Realm hosted on Azure DocumentDB, it is possible to connect directly to the database without any other additional software running in between. This makes it possible to convert the website into a cloud application, without any change or modification required. AWS DynamoDB offers a similar integration method to Azure DocumentDB. AWS creates an account for the developer and creates a table for them, which will automatically be filled with data when the application uploads it from MongoDB Realm to AWS DynamoDB. Moreover, AWS has an API which can be used to perform searches and create new documents within the cplection.

The integration between MongoDB Realm and Microsoft Exchange enables the users to more efficiently use their time and focus on more important tasks instead of wasting time exchanging emails and files between each other. As a result, the communication between employees becomes much easier and more effective.

Benefits of Integration of Microsoft Exchange and MongoDB Realm

In addition to the advantages mentioned above, there are several other benefits of integrating both of these software programs together. First of all, there is no need for physical servers because they are hosted on different cloud platforms. Azure DocumentDB is hosted on Azure Cloud Platform while AWS DynamoDB is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS. These platforms are much cheaper than buying servers. Another advantage of using cloud platforms is that if the users want to switch providers or move their applications to another country, they do not have to worry about moving all of their servers along with them as everything will be transferred to a new platform automatically. Moreover, it is not necessary to have any knowledge about servers or how they work because everything will be done by cloud platform providers; the users only have to provide some information regarding their application and the rest will be taken care of by the providers themselves. Another benefit of integrating both programs together is that MongoDB Realm can perform complex queries by using geo-spatial indexing which enables faster search engine queries on large amounts of data. Using GeoJSON objects in combination with geo-spatial indexing enables fast querying over a large amount of data and enables users to search very accurately based upon geographic location; for example, finding clients who live within a certain area or finding businesses that are located around a certain geographic location. Therefore, this technpogy will also help companies in creating better search engines for their websites and applications by providing accurate results in a short amount of time.

It can be concluded that integrating Microsoft Exchange with MongoDB Realm creates better communication between employees and saves time because there is no need to exchange files via email anymore. Moreover, integrating both programs together saves money because there is no need for physical servers anymore; everything will be hosted on different cloud platforms instead of physical servers. Furthermore, by using MongoDB Realm’s geo-spatial indexing technpogy, search engines can be created more accurately in order to provide better results for users who are searching for something online using their website or application.
