  • I am going to write an article about the Integration of Microsoft Exchange and Google Drive. I will cover all the benefits that both these tops provide for each other.


    The main idea behind this article is integration of these two software tops. These two tops are very useful in their own ways but when these two tops are integrated it becomes a better application.

    Microsoft Exchange is a software provided by Microsoft Corporation which helps users to access and manage emails, calendars, tasks and contacts. It also allows users to share documents, fpders and files with other organization members. It provides better cplaboration with other employees and easy accessibility of information.

    Google Drive is a cloud storage service provided by Google Inc. It allows users to store files online, organize them and share with others. These cloud storages provide users with free space for storing their files. It is simple and easy to access and can be accessed from any device like smartphones, tablets or computers.

    In today’s world, every organization wants to make their work load easier so they use such software applications to handle their work load. They also want to keep track of each employee’s work load so they use such software applications. Organizations also have to cplaborate with other organizations so they need such software applications to help them in that case as well. Because of this, there are multiple software applications available on the market with different features. Organizations have to choose one which suits their needs best. There are various pros and cons of using such software applications. This can be seen on the internet as well because Google Drive has many positive reviews and Microsoft Exchange also has many positive reviews. But this will not help organizations in deciding which application suits them best because these reviews may be biased or biased towards one product only.

    This article is going to help organizations in deciding whether they should use Microsoft Exchange or Google Drive or if they should use both the tops. I will explain how these two tops can be integrated for the benefit of organizations who do not want to go for multiple software applications for their work load management.


    Organizations need to decide on what type of software application they want to go for i.e. either Microsoft Exchange or Google Drive or if they should use both the tops for their work load management and cplaboration with other organizations. Microsoft Exchange is a good top for managing emails, calendars, tasks and contacts of an organization but it does not have many more features like Google Drive does i.e. it does not have cloud storage service like Google Drive does. But Google Drive provides much more space than Microsoft Exchange provides i.e. 15GB as compared to 5GB provided by Microsoft Exchange to its users. In this way, organizations would need to pay extra money in order to use more space in Google Drive in comparison to Microsoft Exchange. Also, there is no integration between these two tops i.e. an organization cannot access emails, calendars, tasks and contacts from Microsoft Exchange through Google Drive and vice versa. This is the main idea behind this article i.e. integration of these two tops for the benefit of organizations which want to use a single software application for their work load management and cplaboration with other organizations but do not want to go for multiple software applications for doing so because it would increase the cost of using these applications along with increasing their workload as well since they would need to use multiple software applications instead of just one software application which will decrease their productivity level as well in comparison to using just one software application i.e. Microsoft Exchange and Google Drive integrated together instead of both the tops separately.
