Simplesat provides an integration of Microsoft Excel with the help of which students can submit assignments using Microsoft Excel format. Students can enter data from excel sheets into the submission form of simplesat. Students can use any Microsoft Excel version including latest versions like Microsoft Excel 2013, Microsoft Excel 2016, Microsoft Excel 2019 etc. Students can also use pd versions of Microsoft Excel such as Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010 etc. Students can also submit assignments via simplesat using Google Docs Sheets. Simplesat accepts any spreadsheet file format in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets format. If a student has used any other spreadsheet software to create a spreadsheet, he can submit that file in his submission form using the “Upload File” button available in his submission form. By using the “Upload File” button, a student can directly upload the file without having to convert it into any of the supported formats.

For example, if a student has registered with his unique registration number 1234567890, then all assignments submitted by him will be stored in a fpder named Assignment Fpder under the student registration number 1234567890 on simplesat. This helps a teacher to easily identify the submitted assignments of each student without having to go through all the submissions made by students. Each submission will have its own unique fpder name assigned to it based on its student registration number. This will help teachers to easily identify the submissions made by each student. All submitted assignments will be automatically graded and return grades of students once they are graded by teachers. These grades will be stored in a separate fpder named Grades Fpder under each student registration number on simplesat. This will help teachers to easily identify grades of each student without having to go through all the grades made by students. For example, if a student has registered with his unique registration number 1234567890, then all grades submitted by him will be stored in a fpder named Grades Fpder under the student registration number 1234567890 on simplesat.
