Habitica is a website that was created so we can begin to turn our everyday lives into the quests we knew in video games. We can turn all the things we want to do in real life into quests, and then use gpd coins as rewards for when we accomplish them and penalty for when we don’t. Gpd coins are the currency of Habitica. They are used to purchase armor and weapons from the in-game shop, and they can also be used to unlock spaces on your character page, but this is currently only available for those who have reached level 15. When you first start playing Habitica, you will be asked to choose a class for your character. There are four classes. Warrior, Mage, Rogue, and Healer. You will find that each class has an advantage over at least one other class in some way. For example, Warriors are better at wielding axes than Mages. However, Mages are better at wielding wands than Warriors. The more you play Habitica, the more skills you will unlock for your character. You can get new skills by leveling up or you could purchase them with gpd coins. One of the things that make Habitica unique is that there are no classes that can’t wield any weapon or armor no matter how low their level is. This means that if you want to have a Warrior with a staff, then go ahead and do it! If you want to be a mage with a sword, then go ahead! As long as you are able to earn the gpd coins for the weapon or armor in question, you can do it.
Microsoft Excel is an office suite developed by Microsoft that allows users to create spreadsheets. Spreadsheets can be used for anything from accounting to budgeting to managing your multi-million dplar company. Microsoft actually comes with a wide variety of tops including charts, graphs, and formulas that can help make your data easy to understand. It comes with a robust set of predefined functions that can be used for anything from calculating a loan payment to calculating how many hours and employees it would take to complete a project. Microsoft Excel also comes with a macro programming language called Visual Basic for Applications (VBA. VBA code can be used to automate repetitive tasks, automate data analysis, and even program Microsoft Excel into an operating system shell.
One of the most important aspects of both Microsoft Excel and Habitica is that they both allow us to track and plan our goals, habits, and schedules in some way. This makes it easy for us to check our progress and see where we can improve. One of the best ways to integrate these two programs together is by using your Microsoft Excel spreadsheet as a top within Habitica. Windows users have access to Microsoft Office Online which gives them access to Microsoft Excel Online which allows them to edit their spreadsheets directly from the browser without having to download any software. Although a new tab or window on your browser and head over to https://officeonline.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-online/default.aspx Once you are there, open up the project tab in the top right corner of the page. This will allow you to select which sheet you want to edit. Now head over to https://habitica.com and click on Create Account in the top right corner of the page. After creating an account, head back over to your browser and go back into Excel Online. Go into the cell below your name and type [Ref]. You should see a little icon pop up with a down arrow next to it. Click on that icon and you should see all kinds of links appear under it including one called “URL”. That is what we want! Click on URL, paste in your username in after http://www.habitica.com/users/[username]/, put your API key after api_token=,[ and then close out with /quests/. Now all you have to do is click Run at the bottom of your screen and you will be prompted to enter your password for Habitica, after that you should see your quests show up under your name in Excel Online!
There are several benefits of integrating Habitica and Excel Excel together. First, depending on how you use it, Microsoft can encourage healthy habits by rewarding good behavior with points or gpd coins while making it harder to fall back into bad habits by penalizing bad behavior with penalties like losing health points or taking away gpd coins. Second, integration can help us achieve our goals by being able to keep track of how many points we have towards our goal at all times so we know if we need to work harder or if we are getting closer to achieving it. Third, integration can help us stay organized by allowing us to use one program for our personal schedule and another for work so we don’t accidentally double book ourselves or forget important events on our personal schedule because we are busy working on something else. Finally, integration can help us stay motivated by being able to track our progress constantly so we always know how much further we need to go or how much closer we are getting towards our goal instead of just looking at it once a month or less depending on how often we check our progress.
I believe that integration between Microsoft Excel and Habitica can be extremely helpful for people who want to live healthier lives in all aspects of their lives whether it be their work life or personal life. Integration helps keep track of how well we are doing toward achieving our goals by showing us exactly what percentage we have towards achieving them instead of just telling us how many more points we need until we reach them like most habit tracking apps do. Integration also helps us stay organized by allowing us to separate work life from personal life so we don’t have to worry about missing something important on our personal schedule or forgetting something important on our work schedule because they are both in one place instead of being separated like they would be if we were using two separate programs to keep track of them separately like most people do today. Finally, integration gives us extra motivation because we never have to wait until the end of the month for someone else tell us how well we did because we can always check our progress whenever we want whenever we need an extra boost of motivation so that we know exactly how much further we need to go or how much closer we are getting towards reaching our goal than before when we checked it last time instead of just knowing if we went up or down by some amount each month like most people do today.
