Integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Siteleaf
Siteleaf can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using the fplowing steps:
Step 1. Create a new project in Siteleaf.
Step 2. Add the siteleaf-account_number table to the project in Siteleaf. This table will contain the account numbers associated with your Dynamics CRM records. To do so, fplow these steps:
Go to File > Import > Table > Create New Table. A pop up will appear on the screen, select the Excel file option and upload an Excel file with your CRM Dynamics CRM Account Numbers. Once uploaded, click on the checkbox for ‘Update Data’. This will update your Dynamics CRM account numbers to this table in Siteleaf.
Step 3. Go to the ‘Dynamics CRM Accounts’ page under ‘CRM Integration’ menu in Siteleaf. Configure it as shown below:
You need to enter your CRM login details to get started with integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Siteleaf. You can also see what records are available in Siteleaf based on your CRM account number. Based on these records, you can drag and drop the records to create new pages on your site. These pages can then be customized according to your requirements using the Siteleaf editor.
Step 4. Publish your site. Note that you can also host your site on Siteleaf free of cost by creating a free account here. Once your site is published, go to the ‘Dynamic Links’ page under ‘CRM Integration’ menu in Siteleaf again and paste the dynamic link between Siteleaf and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (use “@yourdynamicsurl” as shown below. Save it and that’s it! The integration between Siteleaf and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is now complete! Now when a customer visits your site, he/she will be automatically redirected to his/her account page in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Additionally, you can use dynamic links to redirect customers to any other related page. For example. if your customer lands on your product page, you can redirect him/her to the relevant product details page in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central by adding a dynamic link as shown below:
