Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Notion can be integrated by creating a new data source for the Notion spution. This new data source can use Dynamics 365 Business Central as a database for storing and retrieving business rules, ppicies, and procedures for Notion users.

To establish this new data source, Notion developers must add new tables to Notion's data model. These tables must contain data for business rules, ppicies, and procedures. Since business rules, ppicies, and procedures are stored in different tables in Dynamics 365 Business Central, developers will need to create a field that references data from one of these tables to all of the other tables. Once the new table has been created, the new data source can be added through Notion's setup process. Users will find this new data source under the Integrations menu in Notion's administrative area. When this new data source is selected, Notion will prompt users to enter the credentials for their Dynamics 365 Business Central instance. After connecting to Dynamics 365 Business Central, users will find a list of available data sources and can select the appropriate one for their organization. After selecting their desired data source, users will be prompted to enter the agency name and contact person for the Dynamics 365 Business Central instance. From this point forward, any user who selects this integration option will be able to retrieve business rules, ppicies, and procedures from Dynamics 365 Business Central. As a result, Dynamics 365 Business Central administrators will no longer need to worry about maintaining Notion's business rules, ppicies, and procedures because Notion users will automatically receive these updates on a regular basis without having to request them manually.

In addition to integrating with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Notion can also be integrated with the Notion Self-Service Portal (NSP. The NSP enables users to search for business rules, ppicies, and procedures using keywords or phrases. Once users have found what they are looking for, they can view the results directly from within the NSP by simply clicking on the link presented by "View in Notion." After clicking on this link, users can still access their results from within the portal or they can open them in Notion's administrative area for further review. While working with these results inside Notion's administrative area, users can view the content of each document as well as its due date, last modified date, and status. Users can also download these results if necessary and email them to other stakehpders for further review or approval. And finally, after completing their review of these results and making changes where necessary, users can approve them by clicking on the Approve button at the top of the page. If a user approves a document then it will automatically be added to Notion's library of approved documents. On the other hand, if a user declines a document then it will automatically be added to Notion's library of declined documents. The next time that users run a search using the NSP they will see that any documents that they declined are now included in their results along with any documents that were approved previously. By integrating with the NSP, Notion allows administrators to maintain a centralized repository of approved business rules, ppicies, and procedures that can be easily accessed by anyone in an organization on any device at any time.
