When the user opens an email attachment from IMAP by Connect App, he/she can view it as a preview in Word template. In addition, the user can open the file in desktop versions of the Office Suite applications such as Word or Excel. If he/she wants to view it as a preview in PDF format then they have to download Adobe Acrobat Reader from it official website and install it on their computer. The user also has an option to save a file as a PDF file after opening it as a preview in Office Suite applications. The user can then save the PDF file into a fpder on his/her computer or print it out using a printer. All these functions are executed without launching any application from IMAP by Connect App. But the user will have to log in to his/her Office Suite account to access all these features. In addition, the user will have access to share files from IMAP by Connect App via email or other means such as social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter or Google Drive or Dropbox or OneDrive or Box and many other cloud storage providers and transfer them to other accounts.
