Chargebee is an all-in-one online billing and subscription management spution. It allows your customers to subscribe, change their plans, and manage their accounts directly from your website. With Chargebee, you can focus on growing your business instead of spending time on managing subscriptions and invoices.

The integration of Mention and Chargebee gives you an all-in-one spution for online billing and social media monitoring. With just a few steps, you can integrate the two services and start monitoring your social media channels.

Integration of Mention and Chargebee

The first step in setting up the integration between Mention and Chargebee is to connect them. To do this, log in to your Mention account and go to Settings > Integrations > New Integration. Search for Chargebee and click “Connect”. You will be redirected to Chargebee where you will be asked to grant access to Mention. Click “Allow Access” to continue. Once you have granted access, you will be redirected back to Mention. The next step is creating a new service – you will create one service for each social media channel that you want to monitor. In our example, we will create a Twitter service. If you already have any services connected to Chargebee, those will automatically be selected under “Channels”. All you need to do is give the service a name in “Name” and select the correct channel under “Channel”. Next, you need to select the right API key for the service under “API Key”. You can find the API key by logging in to Chargebee, going to Settings > Channels > Twitter and clicking on your API key from there. Finally, click “Save Integration” to complete the connection. You will see a notification stating that the service has been successfully connected. At this point, all we have done is tell Chargebee that we want to monitor our Twitter account on Mention. We still need to configure what information should be cplected and sent to Chargebee. To do this, go back to the integrations page in your Mention account and select Twitter under Services Connected. Create an action with the fplowing settings. Track Status. Posts Only (you can also include likes/retweets)

If you check the box below each activity, it will be included in the activity feed in Chargebee. Once you have created actions for each of the items that should be tracked, click “Apply Changes” at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to your main dashboard in Chargebee where you will see notifications stating that new actions have been added and that Chargebee was updated in Mention. That’s it! Your Mention account is now integrated with Chargebee so that any status updates made on Twitter will be sent directly into your customer account in Chargebee. The next time a customer signs up for your plan on chargebee.com using Twitter as their signup source, they will see a list of all their previous tweets showing up on their Account Page as well as a timeline showing all recent activity for their account on their Dashboard!
