With the integration of these apps into MeisterTask, users can easily create new tasks or checklists right within their chat room or email. No need to switch between different apps anymore!
Users can create tasks within their chat rooms or emails by simply typing '/mt '. For example, if someone wants to assign a task to another member in the team, they'd type '/mt @username' in order to create a new task for that user. Once the task has been created, it will be added to that user's task list in MeisterTask. The team member who set up the task can also add comments directly on the Trello board with '/mt comment' command, and their comments will reflect on their board as well as on woodpecker.co. Moreover, a notification will be sent to the user when they receive a new task via email. That way, they can never forget about any tasks assigned to them again! A notification will also be sent in real time whenever a comment is posted or an action is made on the task. This way, users are able to know when anyone updates the task board. Users can also assign due dates and reminders to their tasks by using '/mt due date' and '/mt reminder' commands respectively. These due dates and reminders will then sync with their personal task list on MeisterTask and will appear on their calendar as well as on Woodpecker.co.
Users can synchronize their tasks from MeisterTask to other apps such as Trello, Google Calendar and more via Zapier. Once a user completes a task, it will automatically disappear from your MeisterTask list. Moreover, with Google Calendar integration, users will be able to see all of their events that are synced from their MeisterTask calendar inside Google Calendar itself. This way, they'll never miss an appointment again! Likewise, upon completion of the task, an event will be automatically added in your Google Calendar as well. In addition, you can also integrate your tasks with IFTTT (If this then that. and get automatic notifications in Slack every time a certain event happens! For example, you can have a "if" statement attached to your event which says "if a task named 'I'm running late' gets completed then send me a direct message". When you complete the task, IFTTT will then send you a direct message, informing you that you're running late! Another interesting use case would be setting up an "if" statement that says "If an event named 'Meet Up' gets created in my Google Calendar then send me a tweet." With this setup, whenever you create an event in your calendar called "Meet Up", IFTTT will automatically send you a tweet informing you that you've just created an event in your calendar called "Meet Up". This way, you'll never forget about any appointments or meetings again! You can also download your task lists as CSV files with each card being a separate row in the file and share it with anyone else for easy synchronization with other applications!
