How Mautic & Smartsheet Integrations Work

The first step was to create an outline for the introduction. This included defining Mautic and explaining what it does.

I used a definition of Mautic that I found in a website article about Mautic as well as a screenshot that I took of the home page of their website.

After defining Mautic, I added an introductory paragraph that explained what Mautic is and the reason why they started the company.

– Giving you the ability to send targeted emails and SMS messages at scale

– Multichannel marketing automation to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more

– Social media management to get more engagement and promote your brand on social media sites

  • Mautic was founded in 2012 by the team behind GetResponse. They saw a gap in the market for a simple, affordable and powerful marketing automation top. Their goal was to make it easy for anyone to grow their business with Mautic.

    Now I could move on to the body of the article. I began adding content about how Mautic and Smartsheet are connected and the benefits of this connection. I used screenshots along with a definition of Smartsheet that I found on Wikipedia.

    Mautic integrates with Smartsheet through Zapier. Zapier is a third-party app integration service that connects apps like Mautic and Smartsheet together. With Zapier, you can create “Zaps” which are automated workflows between apps connected to Zapier. In this case, you can create zaps that automatically add new leads from Mautic into your Smartsheet account, or vice versa. Both types of zaps are useful in different ways so let’s look at them one at a time.

    • Adding Leads from Mautic into Smartsheet. A lead can be any individual who has expressed interest in your product or service. For example, if someone fills out a contact form on your website, they become a lead in your CRM top. You can use this zap to automatically add leads from your CRM top into Smartsheet when they become a lead in your CRM top. With this zap set up, you will know exactly how many leads you have in your CRM top at all times. You can also use this zap to add additional information from your CRM top into Smartsheet such as the person’s name or email address. This is helpful for making sure that you know exactly who each lead is so you can deal with them appropriately. This Zap works in either direction so if you want to add leads from Smartsheet into your CRM top, you can use this same zap to do that too! Just replace the “source” field with “Destination” and then choose your CRM top as the destination instead of Smartsheet. These zaps have been made by Zapier because they have already created many zaps that connect Smartsheet and other tops together, so you don’t have to build them yourself! This makes it quick and easy to connect Smartsheet and other tops without spending extra time doing research on how to do it yourself! When you create a new zap, it will guide you through setting it up just right so you don’t have to worry about getting it wrong! It will also let you know when the zap has been created successfully and give you access to it whenever you want! You can even turn it off or delete it if you decide you don’t want it anymore! There are many other zaps already made for connecting Smartsheet to other tops like Facebook Ads or MailChimp so check them out! Once you have created your zaps, they will appear on the integration page in your Zapier dashboard.
