I am writing an article about Mautic and Shipcloud. I am writing this article because I know how much Mautic and Shipcloud could benefit the company I work for. I want to share my thoughts with others in hopes that they will look into this service as well.
Mautic is a marketing automation platform. It is software that allows you to manage your marketing thus increasing your ROI. Mautic allows you to automate your email marketing, social media marketing, your web analytics, your business intelligence, your sales management, customer relationship management, etc. You can basically do anything marketing related. The company I work for has only recently started to use Mautic. But already, it has made our life easier. The main benefits of using Mautic are. it’s easy to use, it’s fast, and it’s reliable. Before we discovered Mautic, we were using other software which was not good at all. It was hard to use and it did not have the functions that Mautic does. With Mautic, there are no limits on what you can do with your marketing. You are able to have everything under contrp.
Shipcloud is an online shipping platform. There are many companies out there that provide same services but Shipcloud is by far the best one I have used so far. Shipcloud allows you to create custom shipping labels online. You can use them for sending packages via post office or UPS or any other freight carrier. You can print shipping labels online or you can integrate with your existing software such as Mautic. Shipcloud’s main benefits are. it’s easy to use, it’s fast, and it’s reliable (just like Mautic. Building a custom shipping label takes only a few seconds with Shipcloud and I find this feature very useful when my computer is not near me and I need to print a shipping label right away. Using Shipcloud through our ecommerce platform we were able to increase our revenue and decrease our cost (shipping costs. With the integration of Shipcloud and Mautic we were able to reduce our fulfillment costs and increase our shipping efficiency. Before we discovered Shipcloud we were using other shipping software which was not good at all. It was hard to use and when we integrated it with our ecommerce platform, it did not work properly so we had to find another shipping software which again didn’t work well with our ecommerce platform and we had to spend hours fixing it. With Shipcloud, there are no limits on what you can do with your shipping. You are able to select any carrier and package type and create custom shipping labels in minutes.
Integration between Mautic and Shipcloud makes everything easier. If you have a ecommerce store you can automatically configure your shopping cart page in Mautic, set up automated emails for new customers, setup automated welcome emails for new customers, setup automated fplow-up emails for abandoned checkouts… In short all automated emails would be sent through Mautic and if a customer purchases a product from your store you can connect Shipcloud directly with your ecommerce platform using API keys and set up a custom shipping label for that product that will be printed on a receipt or on a paper. When a package arrives you can mark it as delivered in Shipcloud. So no more messy Excel sheets where you have to enter name of the customer/recipient/shipper/carrier/tracking number… everything will be done in a click of a mouse! It’s actually easier than I thought!
Customers who receive an order confirmation email from you know that you have received their order and gives them confidence that they will get their order on time just like they expect it to be delivered. They feel safe ordering from you because they know that there is some kind of tracking software that will notify them when their order has arrived at their destination address. It also saves time for both parties because there is no need for them to call or email you asking where their order is or when it will arrive because they can see that information on their computer screen or smartphone screen. By making this process automatic, this reduces unnecessary questions and keeps customer happy. And happy customers mean more money for your company!

Imagine being able to track the performance of every single product separately! This means that you will be able to tell immediately whether a particular product is selling well or not so you can adjust your inventory accordingly and maximize your profits! This way if a certain product doesn’t sell well so you can stop producing it and waste less resources on it!
