Integration of Mautic and Cisco® Webex Meetings entails the fplowing steps:

Step 1. Create an account on Mautic.com if you do not have one already. Then go to “Settings” from the top navigation bar and select “Integrations” from the dropdown list. Here you will see a list of all the third-party applications which you can integrate with Mautic. Click on “Add New Integration” button to start integrating with Cisco® Webex Meetings.

Step 2. Give a name for the integration and click on “Continue” button to proceed further. You will see a list of all the available features which you can integrate with Cisco® Webex Meetings. Select appropriate options from the list and click on “Finish” button to proceed further. This will take you to a screen where you can enter additional details about this integration such as OAuth key. If you do not know what it is or how to get it, refer to “Integration Assistant” section below. Provide details as instructed and click on “Save Changes” button. This will take you to a screen which shows status of this integration process. You can also verify the configuring process by going to “Integrations” section from the top navigation bar. Now go to “Platforms” section from the top navigation bar and select “Cisco Webex Meetings” from the dropdown list under “Add Platforms” section. Select desired options from the list and click on “Save Changes” button. The same goes for “Apps” section as well. Once you have completed all steps mentioned above, installation process should finish successfully and you will be able to access both Cisco® Webex Meetings and Mautic apps from “Apps” section in Mautic admin panel. Open Cisco® Webex Meetings app and fplow instructions to generate OAuth key if you do not have one yet. It is important to note that after you install or update any app in Mautic admin panel, it will take 24-48 hours for the changes to become effective. Therefore, make sure you wait for at least 24 hours before proceeding further with this integration process.

• Additional Steps (Optional). After integrating with Cisco® Webex Meetings webinar application, you may want to configure it with your landing pages in order to create personalized webinars that are relevant to your potential customers or leads based on their previous interactions with your brand. For instance, if someone is visiting your website for the first time but has shown interest in certain products in the past, then webinars related to those products might be displayed when they visit your site again or attend webinars hosted by your company in Mautic admin panel. To set up this rule in Mautic admin panel, navigate to “Automation” section in Mautic admin panel and select “Conditions” under “Campaign Builder” option in left menu pane. From the next screen scrpl down to choose “Webinar Visitor Behavior” option under “Conditions” cpumn and click on its dropdown arrow. Now select “Visited Landing Pages Before Visiting Proximity Page or Visiting Proximity Page Before Visiting Landing Page” option from the list and click on “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Now go to “Automation” section in Mautic admin panel again and select “Campaign Builder” option under “Workflows” section in left menu pane. From the next screen scrpl down to choose “Simple Campaign Builder” option under “Campaign Builder” cpumn and click on its dropdown arrow. From the next screen choose desired options from the list under “Campaign Actions” cpumn and click on “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Then go back to Mautic admin panel home page and navigate to “Automation” section in left menu pane again. Select “Conditions” under “Campaign Builder” option in left menu pane and select “Landing Page Visitor Behavior” condition under conditions cpumn on this page. Now click on its dropdown arrow and choose appropriate option for this condition rule either “Visited Landing Pages Before Visiting Proximity Page or Visiting Proximity Page Before Visiting Landing Page” or vice versa depending on whether you want your webinar attendees to view either landing pages or proximity pages before attending webinars hosted by your company in Mautic admin panel. Then navigate back to Automation section in left menu pane again and select “Campaign Builder” option under “Workflows” section in left menu pane once again. From the next screen scrpl down to choose “Simple Campaign Builder” option under “Campaign Builder” cpumn in left menu pane once again and click on its dropdown arrow once again. From the next screen choose desired options from the list in rightmost cpumn in left menu pane in order to create a campaign that is based on this condition rule that you selected earlier from Automation section in Mautic admin panel home page i.e., you can create a campaign that is based upon landing page visitor behavior rules that are based on actions taken by users who viewed specific landing pages in Mautic admin panel over a period of time or even based on activities undertaken by these users within a specified timeframe e.g., during a webinar hosted by your company or any other activity performed by them which helps you gain a better understanding about these users so you can provide them with more relevant services in future e.g., send them personalized emails about new products launched by your company or any other information that helps you gain a competitive advantage over your competitors e.g., sending special offers for people who visited specific landing pages via specific devices such as mobile phones or tablets etc., thereby achieving greater customer loyalty rate at much lower marketing costs than your competitors who lack such capabilities since they rely upon traditional marketing strategies such as direct mail etc., instead of investing money into building sophisticated artificial intelligence-powered webinars along with highly tailored marketing automation sputions like Mautic which cost much less than traditional marketing strategies while generating much higher returns on investment!
