Here’s how you can integrate both products:
Step 1. Create a Baseview in Airtable to store your contacts in it. Once you have created the baseview, go back to Mautic and click on Contacts in the left navigation menu. Now click on the red Integration button on the top right corner of the screen. This will open a pop up where you need to select Airtable from the drop down menu available on the left side of the screen. Create a new integration profile by clicking on the “Create Profile” button on the right side of the screen. After that, copy the App ID from the Airtable Link settings page into the provided field on the pop up window.
Step 2. Create a Contact view in Mautic using the form builder. Add fields of your choice in this view and assign them with appropriate labels. You can also add actions such as email them or call them directly from this view by adding buttons of your choice on it. After adding all the necessary information in this view, save it.
Step 3. Go back to Airtable Link settings page. Here you need to copy the Webhook URL into Mautic by clicking on “Webhook URL” tab under Integration Settings section. After copying the URL, click on “Save” at the bottom of this page. This will set up the integration between Airtable and Mautic completely. Now whenever any change is made in Airtable, Mautic will automatically update itself according to your specification.
