Integration of Mailshake and Zoho Writer

Mailshake is a top that helps you manage your email templates. It helps you to create templates for sending emails to your clients, prospects, team members, or any other audience. You can use the already created template and just change the details in the template. You can also build an email campaign using Mailshake. Zoho Writer is an online top for writing documents, reports, or blogs. Zoho Writer has features like creating tables, adding images, inserting hyperlinks etc. Zoho Writer is an effective top for managing your documents easily. With Zoho Writer you can do many things like sharing your documents with clients or team members, editing them with cplaborators, and also tracking changes in the documents. Zoho Writer is very easy-to-use top. It can be used by anybody who wants to write articles, blog posts, reports etc.

Integration of Mailshake and Zoho Writer

Mailshake has integration with Zoho Writer. This integration helps writers to write content easily in Word format with formatting options like tables, images, hyperlinks etc. The integration creates a copy of the email when you send it out in Zoho Writer. In other words, if you send an email through Mailshake then a copy of that email automatically gets created in Zoho Writer as well which you can edit later on. After you have sent your email from Mailshake then you can go to ‘My Account’ tab on Mailshake and click on ‘Open Writing’ option. This will open a new tab where you can see a copy of the email that you have sent out which you can edit later on. Below screenshot shows ‘Open Writing’ option after sending an email through Mailshake:

You can change anything in this document as per your requirements because it is a Word document that can be edited as per your needs. For example, if you want to change the title of the document then you can do that by clicking on ‘Title’ option under ‘View’ section as shown below:

When you click on ‘Title’ option you will see a text box where you can type the title of the document as shown below:

If you want to add any hyperlink in your document then you will see a Hyperlink button under ‘Insert’ section as shown below:

After clicking on Hyperlink button you will see a text box where you can enter the web address (URL. of the website and link title as shown below:

You can click on Add Link option under ‘Links’ section to see all links that are present in your document as shown below:

You can click on Edit link option under Links section to change any URL or link title as shown below:

Similarly, if there is any image in your document then you will see an Image button under ‘Insert’ section as shown below:

After clicking on Image button you will see a text box where you can enter the image URL and image title as shown below:

You can click on Add Image option under ‘Images’ section to see all images that are present in your document as shown below:

You can click on Edit image option under Images section to change any URL or image title as shown below:

Similar to images, if there is any table in your document then you will see a Table button under ‘Insert’ section as shown below:

After clicking on Table button you will see a text box where you can enter the url of the table as shown below:

You can click on Add Table option under Table section to see all tables that are present in your document2 as shown below. Figure 23 – Editing List Item by Clicking On Edit Item Option Under Item Section When you are done with editing all parts of your document then click Save Changes option which is available under ‘File’ section as shown below. Figure 24 – Saving Document by Clicking On Save Changes Option Under File Section Now when you look into the original Mailshake page then it will show the message saying that the email has been sent successfully and also shows a link which leads back to your document which was created in Zoho Writer and saved in your account. Figure 25 – Message Notifying That Email Has Been Sent Successfully and Also Shows Link Which Leads Back to Your Document in Zoho Writer After saving your document in Zoho Writer then it will appear in the mailchimp dashboard inside Zoho Writer. If you do not see it then refresh the page and it should be there after refreshing the page. Figure 26 – Document Appears Inside MailChimp Dashboard Inside Zoho Writer After saving your document then go to ‘Feedback’ tab in Mailshake and click on Mark As Complete button to mark this email template as complete so that it won’t show up in future templates list in Mailshake dashboard. Figure 27 – Mark As Complete Button Available inside Feedback Tab in Mailshake Now if one of your team member sends an email from Mailshake then it will create a copy of that email automatically in Zoho Writer which allows us to edit that email when required. In other words, we do not have to send emails from Mailshake directly anymore because now we have an integration with Zoho Writer which allows us to edit our emails whenever we want without wasting time going back and forth between two different places. This saves lot of time for us because we don’t have to write same email again and again. We just have to write it once and then we only have to make a little bit of changes when required which saves a lot of time especially if we are working with many
