Integration of MailChimp Ecommerce and EngageBay

In order to integrate MailChimp Ecommerce and EngageBay, you need to set up an account with each service. Once you have those set up, you will need to create a user on each service as well as a product. The fplowing instructions show how this can be done.

For MailChimp Ecommerce:

Go to https://www.mailchimp.com/ecommerce/get-started2/. Click Sign Up Now. Click Create Account. Click Start Free Trial. Click Enter Your Details. Enter the information requested for Contact Name, Business Name, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password, and Website (This will be the website URL of your store. Click Create Account. Click Start My Store. Click Add Products. Click Add Product. Enter the information requested for Product Title, Description, Image, Price, Quantity, Shipping Method, Tax Type, Tax Amount, and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit. Click Save Product once you are finished. Click New Order. Click New Order. Click Add Payment Method. Click Add Credit Card. Select Visa or MasterCard then enter your credit card information then click Save Payment Method when finished. Click Save Order then complete the remaining steps for setting up your store. Click Complete My Store Setup then click Start Building My Store now! Click Use Existing Store then click Choose an Existing Store then click Continue Now! Click Connect to MailChimp Ecommerce then click Connect to Mailchimp Ecommerce now! Fill out the fields requested for First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password, and Website (This will be the website URL of your store. Click Connect to Mailchimp Ecommerce now! Click Set Up Automatic Delivery Settings then click Enable Auto-Deliveries then select the frequency of your auto-deliveries then click Create Auto Deliveries then click Next Step then click Complete My Store Setup then click Start Building My Store now!. Click Start Building My Store now!

For EngageBay:

Go to https://www.engagebay.com/signup/. Enter the information requested for Username, Password, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Confirm Email Address, Job Title, Company Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY), Country Code (e.g., US), Industry Code (e.g., 5123), City/State/Zip Code/Province Code (e.g., “LA” for Los Angeles), State/Province/Region Code (e.g., “CA” for California), and Postal Code (e.g., 90123. Click Continue to Proceed to Checkout. Enter the information requested for Billing Email Address and Billing Address Line 1 through Billing Address Line 4 on the Checkout Page. Click Pay Now. Click I Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use then click Continue on the next page to receive your activation code by email.. Once you receive your activation code by email. Scrpl down and click Activation Code and copy it to your clipboard and paste it into the activation code box provided and check I am not a robot and click Activate Account . Scrpl down and click View Activation email and click the link provided to verify your email address.. After clicking View Activation email you will be directed to your welcome email from EngageBay which contains an activation link at the bottom of the email.. Once you receive your welcome email from EngageBay. Scrpl down and click View Activation link . Copy the activation link from the welcome email to your clipboard and paste it into the activation link box provided in the welcome email and +Verify Account . Enter your username and password and click Sign in . Enter your billing address in the provided fields in order to complete your account setup.. After completing your account setup. Scrpl down and click Integrate Fill out Fill out all required fields and click Save Integration when finished.. Once you have completed step #9 above. Scrpl down and click Activate MailChimp Integration Fill out all required fields and click Continue when finished.. Scrpl down and click Use Existing Store Fill out all required fields then click Continue when finished.. Scrpl down and click Choose an Existing Store then click Continue Now!.. You will be redirected to a page where you can connect your existing store with EngageBay.. Scrpl down and click Connect to EngageBay Fill out all required fields then click Connect To EngageBay when finished.. Once you have completed step #12 above. Scrpl down and click Configure Integrations Fill out all required fields then click Continue when finished.. Scrpl down and click Set Up Automatic Delivery Settings then check Enable Automatic Deliveries then select Frequency of Send Emails from MailChimp then check Use Custom Frequency from MailChimp if required from drop down menu then create a new interval from drop down menu system after checking Use Custom Frequency from MailChimp if required from drop down menu.. Once you have completed step #15 above. Scrpl down and click Configure Advanced Settings Fill out all required fields. Check Use Custom Frequency from MailChimp if required from drop down menu if required from drop down menu...you can change this frequency based on how often you want to send emails from MailChimp.. Once you have completed step #17 above. Scrpl down and click Finish You will be redirected back to your store’s Dashboard where you will see a green light under Integrations Active indicating that MailChimp Integration is active.. The store has been successfully integrated with both services!
