Users must enter code for default product type in order to associate imported products with default product type in order to display them properly on their website . If users fail to enter code for default product type then they will see all imported products listed on their website as "Other". This will prevent users from displaying imported products properly on their website which may cause problems such as lost sales due to bad user experience . After making sure that all imported products are associated with default product type , users must go back to their Admin panel under Sales Channels > Manage Sales Channels > ConnectWise > Edit Channel Settings > Set Default Tax Class and enter tax class code for default tax class under Tax Class Code field . This ensures that all imported products are associated with default tax class otherwise users will not be able to view them properly in their store using default tax class filter . Users must enter tax class code for default tax class in order to associate imported products with default tax class in order to display them properly on their website . If users fail to enter tax class code for default tax class then they will see all imported products listed on their website as "Other".
