To integrate Magento 2.X with Google CloudPrint, you need only a few simple steps:

  • Install and activate the extension "Cloud Print" in your Magento 2.X store;
  • Go to the settings of extension "Cloud Print";
  • Add your Google account to the list of authorized accounts in the extension "Cloud Print";
  • Add printers to the list of printers by clicking the button "Add printer". You can also change existing printers by editing them in the table;
  • Create one or several forms and set their type to "Invoice" or "Shipping Label", then save it;
  • When creating forms you can set different printers for different types of form. invoice, shipping label, packing slip etc.;
  • Invoice and shipping label forms are generated automatically when you create new ones;
  • After that you should see printers in the frontend menu in the section "My Apps". Then click on the icon next to the printer name and select "Invoice" or "Shipping Label";
  • After selecting the desired printer you will be able to print some document. Click "Print" near the barcode and choose your needed version of invoice or shipping label;
  • Select some option for delivery (if needed), then click "Print";
  • After successful printing of document you'll get a notification about it in your browser;
  • If you want to print more documents, repeat all steps;
  • To remove a printer from the list of authorized printers, just click on its icon in the list of authorized printers and click "Remove";
  • You can also change some parameter of printer (if needed), i.e.. printer name, description, lock printer etc.;
  • At any moment you can delete all printers by clicking on the button "Delete all printers".
