PDFMonkey is a program that lets you create PDF files from almost any application on the Mac operating system. You can also integrate macOS Calendar to PDFMonkey for very convenient PDF creation.
Integrating macOS Calendar and PDFMonkey is very easy. Once they are both downloaded and installed, go through the fplowing steps:
Step 1. Open up your macOS Calendar. Click on the “File” tab, go to “New Event”, and click “New Subscription”. Then, choose “Create a new subscription using AppleScript” when prompted.

Step 3. Press “Command + S” to save the script as an Application Script. Call it whatever you would like (i.e., “PDFMonkey”. The file will be in Applications/Utilities/Scripts/.
Step 4. Open up the PDF file that you want to export from PDFMonkey. Then, press “Command + Shift + P” to bring up the preferences box. In the upper left corner of the box, click on the “General” tab and check the box next to “Inserts PDFs into new Calendar Events”. If you do not want to insert the PDF into a Calendar Event, uncheck this box (but keep in mind that you cannot set a reminder for a PDF exported from PDFMonkey. Click “OK” when you are done. Now, when you export a PDF from PDFMonkey, it will add it to a Calendar Event in macOS Calendar!
