Step 1. Open Calendar App

The first thing you need to do is open the Calendar app on your computer. You can find this app in the Applications fpder in your desktop.

Step 2. Create a New Event

Now that you have opened this app, you need to create a new event. Click on the File tab in the upper left corner of the screen and click on New Event in the drop-down list that appears. Enter relevant details about your event in this window and then click Done when you are done.

Step 3. Create a Google CloudPrint Account

The next step in this process is creating a Google CloudPrint account. To do so, you need to open https://cloudprint.googleapps.com/printercertificates in your web browser. Click on “Create Cloud Print Account” in the page that appears. Fill in all the relevant details about yourself in the form that appears after you click on Create Cloud Print Account in this page. There are two fields in this form where you need to fill in your name, email address and password. Enter your name in both these fields and enter your primary email address in one field and your secondary email address in the other field. Click Create Account after you have filled in all the details in this form. Then, you need to verify your account by clicking on the link that appears in the confirmation email you receive from Google after creating your account. This action will add a printer named “Cloud Print” to your printers section so that you can add it to your devices later on. You can add this printer on your macOS Calendar by clicking on Add Printer in System Preferences and then selecting “Cloud Print” from the list of printers that appears when you click on Add button at the bottom right corner of this window. Once you add this printer, it will appear under Printers & Scanners section in System Preferences window on your macOS Calendar and will be ready for use.
