From ‘Webhook Types’ select ‘Advanced Webhooks’ option; here you will find three options i.e., ‘Create New’, ‘Subscribe’ and ‘Delete’; choose ‘Subscribe’ option; now fill up details like URL where webhook should be created, name for the webhook, type of event for which webhook should be created (i.e., when lead is created in Salesforce), on what action should webhook trigger (i.e., when lead is created should webhook be triggered), is it a recurring event or single event event?; once done click on ‘Save’ button at the bottom of page; this will create hubspot webhook in Salesforce; through this webhook salesforce will send events related to leads (lead created, lead updated. to HubSpot CRM; these events will be used by HubSpot CRM to trigger corresponding actions i.e., when salesforce sends event related to lead creation then HubSpot CRM will take lead creation action; similarly if salesforce sends event related to lead update then HubSpot CRM will take lead update action; this means when HubSpot CRM receives event related to lead update from salesforce it will update corresponding fields in salesforce as well as update status of leads (i.e., if salesforce updates status field from ‘Active’ to ‘Inactive’ then HubSpot CRM will change status field from ‘Active’ to ‘Inactive’); this way salesforce will automatically keep leads list updated in HubSpot CRM without any effort from end user; save these settings for future reference; you don't have register or subscribe again for every activity you want Salesforce/HubSpot integration for.Step 3.
