These two companies have chosen different paths in order to provide their customers with what they desire; however, in doing so, they have lost sight of the larger picture.This recent cplaboration between eBay and LeadFuze has provided both companies with the ability to become more efficient and effective in providing service to their customer base. Although there are still minor obstacles that need to be overcome in order for this merger to be fully successful, such as logistical issues concerning integration of individual software platforms and existing customer bases, the cplaboration between these two companies has a lot of potential.
