LeadFuze allows users to create lists of leads and attach them to any document in your Box account. If you want to connect LeadFuze and Box, you need to click on Connectors on the top-left corner of the screen and then click on ‘Box’. You will get a unique API Key and API Secret Key. Keep these two codes safe because you will need them for connecting LeadFuze and Box. After you save these two codes, you can start adding leads. Just click on ‘Add Lead’ and then fplow the instructions provided. You can add various details of a lead like name, email address, phone number etc. You can also add tags when adding a lead. Once you have added all the details, click on ‘Save’. Once you add a lead, it will appear under ‘My Leads’ section in the left panel. In order to add a lead to a document in Box, just click on ‘Export’ and then select one or multiple leads from your list of leads. Choose the document that you want to add a lead to and click on ‘Continue’. Choose ‘Save & Continue’ in case if you want to add multiple leads to a document in Box. Now click on ‘Save’ and your leads will be added to the document in Box. Once your leads are added to a document in Box, they appear under ‘Linked Leads’ section in the left panel. In order to share these leads with your team members, you need to export them from LeadFuze and then share them with your team members by attaching them to any document in Box or sharing with them via email or setting up a meeting in Salesforce.
