Log into Konnect Insights and select the “Settings” tab at the top of the screen. Click “Integrations”. Select “Google CloudPrint”. Click “Enable Integration”. Click “Save Changes”. Next, you will need to set up a new printer within your site administrator. To do this, log into your site administrator and click on “Add New Printer”. Under “Printer Name” enter a name that will appear on the printer settings menu (e.g. “Konnect Insights”. Click on “Advanced Settings”. Check both “Use this as my default printer” and “Share this printer with others”. After that, you may need to reboot your computer for the changes to take effect. Then, you should be able to go to your browser, open up a new tab, and type in the URL for the printer you just set up (e.g. http://localhost:631/printers/Konnect%20Insights. On the next window that opens up you will see a list of settings for your printer. In the “Job Template” window click “Edit Template Settings”. In the “Paper Size” window click on “Manage Schemes”. Select “Create New Scheme…” and name it something like “Konnect Insights”. Now, you will need to create a template that will print whatever you want it to print. To do this, fplow these steps. In the “Template Name” field type in a name for your template (e.g. “Konnect Insights Report”. and then click “OK”. In the next window that opens up click on “Add Job Template…” which is located under the “Templates” section. In the new window enter in your report info into the fields provided. For example. Template Name = Konnect Insights Report Template File = konnect-insights-report.pdf Page Range = 1-5 Press the “OK” button when finished. Now that you have created your template, you need to associate it with your paper size scheme so it can be printed out whenever you print from your browser. To do this, fplow these steps. In the Job Template window click on “Select a Scheme…” which is located below the Print Range field. In the new window choose your paper size scheme that you created earlier and press OK. Now, any time you print from your browser, your report will automatically print out from your new printer! You will know it worked because it will show up in your printer queue just like any other print job!
