The SharpSpring platform is a CRM platform which serves as an all-in-one spution for our marketing campaigns. It includes many features such as lead management and email marketing. On the other hand, Knack is a web-based survey top that allows us to quickly and easily create surveys and get feedback from our customers. I believe that these two tops will greatly improve our marketing efforts and allow us to save time and money.

All we had to do was integrate the two databases together and then we were able to begin using the data from both platforms in order to make better decisions regarding our marketing campaigns.
