Integration of Klaviyo and Zoho Sheet

In this article, I will discuss integration of Klaviyo and Zoho Sheet. Klaviyo is an Email Marketing Service provider. It lets store owners and marketers manage their email marketing campaigns from a single platform. You can integrate Zoho Sheet with Klaviyo to access orders, customers, and other data from your Google spreadsheet.

Klaviyo offers the fplowing features:

You can export all the data from Klaviyo to a Google Spreadsheet after you login into the Klaviyo account and go to Data Export tab. In my case, I have logged in to my Klaviyo account and clicked on Data Export tab.

I have chosen ‘Export to G Suite’ option for exporting my data to Google Sheets.

After clicking on the Export button, it took a few minutes to export my data to Google Sheets.

It has exported the fplowing data:

Now I logged into my Google Drive account and opened my Zoho Sheet. I have gone to Open a blank sheet option. After clicking on the Open button, it automatically loaded the data into my Google Sheet. It automatically populated all the data in my G Suite account in my Zoho Sheet. It has created a sheet called ‘Klaviyo’, which contains all the Klaviyo data.

Access Orders from Your Spreadsheet

You can access orders from your spreadsheet by adding an IMAP account in the top left corner. You can add multiple order streams to your spreadsheet using the Add-ons menu on the top bar. You can add an IMAP account for Klaviyo under Add-ons >> Settings >> Email Addresses & Accounts >> Add an IMAP account… >> New IMAP Account. The IMAP account should be added in this format:

Export Data from Your Spreadsheet to Your Mailing List (by integrating Zoho Sheet and Klaviyo)

You can export data from your spreadsheet to your mailing list (e.g., Gmail. In order to do this, you have to fplow these steps:

Go to Data >> Email Addresses & Accounts >> Add an IMAP Account….

Click on New IMAP Account button. Enter the below settings:

Connect Your Mailing List to Klaviyo Campaigns (by integrating Zoho Sheet and Klaviyo)

You can connect your mailing list to Klaviyo Campaigns by fplowing these steps:

Go to Data >> Email Addresses & Accounts >> Add an IMAP account…. Select the connected mail account of your mailing list (in Gmail. Click on OK button. You will see a screen like below. Select the fpder as “trash” where all the spam emails are stored by default. Now click on OK button. Then go to Campaigns >> +New Campaign >> Inbox –> Select IMAP Account from drop down menu as shown below. Enter the name of campaign and also add a filter that contains the word “spam” so that only spam emails get routed through this campaign. Click on Publish button. Now click on Run Now button under the Publish button and it will run a test email campaign to see whether or not it works correctly. If it doesn’t work correctly then you can undo or redo it by going back to Edit Campaign page and then click on Undo/redo option as shown below. You will see a screen similar to this screen. Now we will create a new campaign by clicking on “+New Campaign” option as shown below. Here you will enter the name of campaign, select Inbox fpder as destination fpder, and select the campaign that we created in our previous step (i.e., spam campaign. Now click on Next button twice and then Finish button thrice. Here you will see a screen like below. We will create another campaign with different filters so that it routes all marketing emails from specific newsletters in Gmail directly into this campaign by fplowing these steps. Go to Data >> Email Addresses & Accounts >> Add an IMAP Account…. Select the connected mail account of your mailing list (in Gmail. Click on OK button. Then go to Campaigns >> +New Campaign >> Inbox –> Select IMAP Account from drop down menu as shown below. Enter the name of campaign and also add a filter that contains the word “marketing” so that only marketing emails get routed through this campaign. Click on Publish button. Now click on Run Now button under the Publish button and it will run a test email campaign to see whether or not it works correctly or not.
