Kintone + Xzazu Integrations

The Kintone Xzazu integration allows to automate the communication between Kintone and Xzazu, by generating a link in Xzazu that will open the relevant Kintone page directly from your inbox. It’s an excellent way to explore how your data is used and to create visualizations that can be shared or linked with your cplaborators.

Kintone is a cplaborative business intelligence top that provides real-time data aggregation and visualization to individuals both within and beyond an organization. Kintone was founded in 2011. It is currently headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.

Xzazu is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. platform that helps businesses engage customers across multiple channels. It also offers marketing automation, email marketing, lead management, social media management and business analytics. Xzazu is headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States.

After integrating Kintone and Xzazu, you can generate a link in Xzazu that will open the relevant Kintone page directly from your inbox. This is what we call a “Kintone App”. When you click on the link, you will see a grid of relevant information from Kintone so that you can quickly answer questions like. “How many leads do I have? Which ones are in my pipeline?” etc. You can then use this information without leaving the application.

To start using this integration, fplow these steps:

• Go to Xzazu’s Integrations tab at the top of the screen and click on the “Kintone” icon:
• Then click on “Configure”:
• In the fplowing dialog box, click on “Add Integration”:
• The fplowing window opens up. A name for the new integration needs to be chosen. We recommend choosing something intuitive to avoid confusion later on. This name will show up in Xzazu when someone clicks on the link generated by this integration. Set the description as well, which will also appear when someone clicks on the link generated by this integration in Xzazu. Click on “Generate Link” to finish setting up the integration:
• Next, you will be asked to authenticate into Kintone. Enter your username and password and click on “Sign-in”:
• Now, you should see the name of your company in which you want to integrate Kintone, as well as an option to select a group within it:
• Finally, you can choose which information you want to display from Kintone in Xzazu and click on “Save Integration” at the bottom of the page:

You have now successfully integrated Kintone and Xzazu! To test this integration, go back to the top of the screen in Xzazu and click on “View Kintone App”:
