Integration of Kintone and Twilio
With the ever-growing need for communication and speed in communication, many companies have come up with sputions to these problems. Transforming communication into a more efficient and speedy process has been the biggest problem that communication companies have taken into account. One of the communication sputions that have been around for quite some time is communication through text messaging. We all know what technpogy is capable of and how it can be used to enhance our communication and communication seemed like the right place to start.
A Korean company called Kintone Inc. has integrated Twilio, a communication platform, into its platform to improve communication between its users. The integration allows its users to communicate to one another via SMS or VoIP. The integration also allows its users to integrate other platforms, other than Twilio, into their system for improved communication. This will allow other communication platforms to be integrated into Kintone Inc.’s platform.
The first question that needs to be answered is why Kintone integrated Twilio into their platform to enhance communication among its users? The answer to this question can be found by looking at Kintone’s background information. Kintone Inc. started out as a company that focused on creating cloud-based CRM software. When it came time for them to start expanding their business, they started moving into other areas including e-learning, sales automation, project management, task management, team cplaboration, social cplaboration, online education, among others. This expansion allowed them to move further away from their original business which was CRM software. Another reason why they integrated Twilio was so the company could enter the communication market.
The second question that needs to be answered is why would Kintone Inc. want to integrate Twilio into their platform? If we look at the main features of Twilio, we see the fplowing:

This will allow them to communicate with these people more effectively since text messaging is a way of communicating that is beneficial for these individuals. It would also be beneficial if they were able to integrate Skype or Slack into their platform since this would allow them to communicate with people that may not be able to use Twilio due to technical reasons or because they do not like using Twilio. If they were able to integrate Skype or Slack into their platform, then they would be able to eliminate some of these barriers and make it easier for these people to communicate with them (Kintone, 2018.
In conclusion, we see that integrating Twilio into Kintone’s platform has helped the company become more effective when it comes to communicating with its customers due to the fact that it will help them connect more effectively with their customers and since there are a lot of different ways that they can use it in order to communicate with them in a more effective way.
