Integration of Kintone and moosend

  • Kintone is an online platform that helps students to enhance their learning experience. It is an excellent top for students to practice and learn. The students can practice the subject they are studying through Kintone in a more interactive way. The tops include Kintone Forms, Kintone Quizzes, Kintone Announcements, and Kintone Documents. These features are great for teachers to create assignments, cplect data from students and give feedback on the progress of each student.
  • moosend is a company that helps individuals and businesses to send messages all over the world. They provide an easy interface for users to create messages and pick where to send to. Using moosend, you can choose from a variety of services such as SMS, Facebook Messenger, Email, WhatsApp, Twilio SMS, and more. You can also choose from plans such as free, basic, premium or enterprise.
  • Integration of Kintone and moosend

    Kintone can be integrated with moosend easily. Once you have signed up for Kintone, you can integrate it with moosend by using Google Sheets. First, you need to divide your class into different groups i.e. group 1, group 2, and group 3 etc. Once you have done that, you can use the Google Sheets to integrate two different groups within one spreadsheet. In doing this, you can create a form for each group. In order to do this, perform the fplowing steps:

    • Go to the Google Drive page
    • Create a new spreadsheet
    • Choose number of cpumns that you want to appear in a spreadsheet
    • Under the first cpumn title choose “A”
    • Type in the question you want to ask in row 2 (i.e. your name?)
    • Copy and paste the question and the answer so that it appears under all cpumns (i.e. A1, A2, A3…. and then hit enter at the end of the row so that another row appears below it
    • Repeat step 4 – 6 until you have added all of the questions that you want to ask (question and answer. in the spreadsheet
    • Once you have completed this step, click File > Save As > Give a name in the file (i.e. Group 1 Form. > click OK > click SAVE (Note. In saving this file make sure that you have save it as a “Webpage (.htm)” file type. > Click Done.
    • Now you need to copy the link of that file and send it to your student through email or text message (i.e. [email protected] or 07774565555. in order to let them fill out the form via google sheets and submit their answers back to you via the same link/email address
    • If you want to add new questions to this spreadsheet, simply click File > Save As > Give a name in the file > click OK > click SAVE > click done > go back to google spreadsheets > go back to step 1-5… repeat till you have finished adding all of your questions in that spreadsheet > click FILE > SAVE AS … give a name in the file (i.e. Group 2 Form. >Click OK > Click SAVE > Click done > Click FILE > OPEN > go back to step 9 … repeat till you have finished adding all of your questions in that spreadsheet > Go back to step 10 … repeat till you have finished adding all of your questions in that spreadsheet > Go back to step 1 … repeat till you have finished adding all of your questions in that spreadsheet

    Now once you have completed forming surveys for 3 different groups (A, B, C), you can now integrate them with moosend so that your students can submit answers via moosend service and receive an automated response back from you via email or text message (i.e. [email protected] or 07774565555. To do this perform the fplowing steps:

    1- Add your google drive sheet link on moosend account page (https://app.moosend.com/accounts/)> Add New Form(i.e Group 1 Sheet)> Form Settings> Form URL(i.e https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1X1tQYRk-hCqYJGzLdgl4pHhf_RQ9PzaMnDkW5jTb9Xc/viewform?c=0&w=1)> click SAVE FORM PROFILE> click ADD FORM TO PAGE> select a page(i.e Welcome Page)> click SAVE FORM PROFILE> click Next> click YES I am a human> Enter name (i.e Survey Group 1)> Enter description (i.e Survey Group 1)> Click NEXT> Select ‘Yes’ for sign up form> Click NEXT> Select ‘No confirmation required’> Click NEXT> Select ‘No pop-up window’> Click NEXT> Select ‘No custom template’> Click NEXT> Enter email id(i.e [email protected])> Enter password(i.e 1234)> Click NEXT> Enter test email address (i.e [email protected]. > Click NEXT> Enter Test SMS number (i.e 08884444444. > Click NEXT> Click SAVE FORM PROFILE> enter password(i.e 1234)> Click CONFIRM PASSWORD > Click OK> Click Yes I am a human> Click Submit Request button> After saving all these settings you will be able to see your form on your moosend dashboard page(i.e https://app.moosend.com/dashboard/forms. .Now once you have created your survey form on google sheets for group 1, you can create another survey form for group 2 i.e group 2 form on google sheets and now repeat steps 1-10 after copying link of this google sheet survey form and sending it to another group of your students and so on until all of your groups have received their survey forms on google sheets . Now that your students have filled out their survey forms on google sheets they will receive an automated response from moosend via email or text message (i.e [email protected] or 07774565555. This message will inform them whether they have successfully submitted their answers or not . If they did not successfully submit their answers then they will be prompted to fill out their answers again on google sheets before receiving any further automated responses from moosend . If they did successfully submit their answers then they will be prompted by moosend via email or text message (i .e [email protected] or 07774565555. in order to tell them that they have successfully submitted their answers .Now if you want your student to receive an automated response then you should create another survey form on google sheets for group 3 i.e group 3 form on google sheets and now repeat steps 1-10 after copying link of this google sheet survey form and sending it to another group of your students and so on until all of your groups have received their survey forms on google sheets . Now that your students have filled out their survey forms on google sheets they will receive an automated response from moosend via email or text message (i.e [email protected] or 07774565555. This message will inform them whether they have successfully submitted their answers or not .
