LinkedIn is a social networking website. It is a business-oriented social network. It allows professionals to communicate with each other and to find jobs, business partners and employees (LinkedIn, n.d.. People use it to promote themselves in a professional environment. It allows users to post recommendations about cpleagues and employers. It also allows posting reviews about different products and services. The reviews are public and can be seen by anyone.

Kintone integrates with several social networks such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Evernote, Twitter and Facebook (Kintone, n.d.. LinkedIn’s platform provides connections between people who share common interests. Kintone’s platform provides connections between companies and their customers. As the two platforms share similar purposes, they can be integrated together to benefit both of them. By integrating both sputions together, companies can have more information about their customers than before. Customers can get more information about the company than before too. For example, if a customer uses Kintone to contact the company, the customer will get information about the company from its LinkedIn page along with other information such as phone number, address and hours of operation. If the customer uses LinkedIn to get information about the company, the company will receive notification on its Kintone dashboard that customer sent him/her an invitation. The company can respond to the invitation directly on its dashboard. The company can also use its LinkedIn page to post information about its products and services to its customers. For example, if the company wants to inform its customers about new products or services, it can post them on its LinkedIn page along with links to its Kintone page for more information on these products or services.
