Kintone is a business management platform. It offers “Team Management”, “Task Management”, “Project Management”, “Business Process Management”, “Business Intelligence”, “Social Cplaboration” features.

Google Contacts

Google Contacts is a web service provided by Google. It provides free contact management service for users on the Internet. Its function is similar to Outlook and Gmail.

Integration of Kintone and Google Contacts

Kintone allows the Integration of Kintone and Google Contacts. Through this function, users can easily export contacts from their Google Contacts to Kintone.

Import Contacts from Google Contacts to Kintone

After logging in Kintone, click on the menu bar on the top right corner of the screen to select “Contacts”. Then, click on the menu item “Import Contacts from Google Contacts”.

Select contact list to import

The fplowing page will appear after uploading contacts. Please select the contact list to import.

Select Import Type

Select the contact information type that you want to import. The possible options are. “IMAP” or “Gmail”. If you choose “Gmail”, please select your Gmail account in the pop up window below.

Choose Whether to Import All Contacts in Contact List

You can choose whether to import all contacts in contact list or not. If you activate this option, you don’t need to check the contacts when they are uploaded. Click “Next” to continue.

Confirm Import Options

After confirming the import information, click “Next” to continue.

Upload Data to Kintone

Please wait while uploading data to Kintone. You will see the progress bar on the top of the page while uploading data.

Brief Introduction of Import Process

When importing process is completed, you will see the result page. It will briefly introduce the import process. If you want to view details of importing process, please click “view logs”. The fplowing picture shows an example of details about importing process.
