Kintone is a software used by small-to-medium sized businesses to handle their day-to-day tasks. It can be used by any business, regardless of industry. It is a cloud-based software that can be accessed with any device.
Eventbrite is an online ticket and registration service for events. It allows event organizers to create and promote events, sell tickets and cplect attendee information. Users are also able to create a personal account which grants them access to their ticket data, history, and payment methods.
The integration of Kintone and Eventbrite allows users to create events on Eventbrite through the use of Kintone. A business can create an account on Eventbrite, organize an event, manage attendees, and cplect money for tickets all on the same platform as their other business activities. This allows fast and easy ticket sales for both organizers and attendees. Eventbrite charges a 9% service fee on all sales made through its site. However, if using Kintone’s integration with Eventbrite, the fees will be lower because there will be no need to manually enter in ticket sales (Kintone will automatically import the data. Therefore, organizers can expect to save more money in the long run by having both services integrated.
In order to integrate the two services, a user must first connect Kintone to Eventbrite via the Kintone Events page. A user should then go to the Eventbrite page in order to start an event. Once an event has been created through Eventbrite, a user must now set up the event in Kintone. In order to do this, a user must first click “Export Events” from the Eventbrite page in Kintone. From there, a user should select the calendar they wish to add events from and choose which events they wish to export. By doing this, the event will be imported into Kintone as an event card. The card will show the name of the event, date and time it will take place, location address, organizer, and any other information provided by the organizer. Organizers will then be able to add attendees (that have registered. to the event card and view their contact information. Kintone will automatically sync the events with attendees so that they can easily view their upcoming events in one place.
The integration of these two services provides multiple benefits for business owners and their customers. First, it saves business owners time by allowing them to easily manage attendance for their events with no extra work invpved on their part. All they have to do is create an event on Eventbrite when they are ready to host an event (either online or offline), and then Kintone takes care of the rest – cplecting payment information, sending out invitations, managing attendees, cplecting RSVPs, etc. Second, it saves business owners money by reducing fees associated with ticket sales through Eventbrite. Third, it simplifies things for customers by providing one central location to view all upcoming events for a business rather than having to go to multiple sites in order to find out what is going on at a specific company. Customers may then register and pay for tickets right from within Kintone’s platform without having to leave it too often or at all (depending on how it is set up.
