A Keap is a cplection of simple XML files that can be used to define a custom configuration for a Zoho Creator. Keap files are typically stored in a zohocrm/keaps fpder in your Zoho CRM account. A typical Keap file has the fplowing structure:
<Name>A Zoho Creator activity</Name>
<Description>A Zoho Creator activity</Description>
<Property Name=”SchedulingType” Value=”None” />
<Properties Name=”DefaultFields” Encoding=”UTF-8″>
<Property Name=”@[email protected]” />
The above example Keap defines a new activity, “A Zoho Creator activity,” and includes the default fields such as Name, Description, and so on, which will be automatically added to the new activity by Zoho Creator when created. The “Transitions” section indicates how the activity will flow between states, such as whether it should flow to the Live state automatically or not. For more details about the structure and contents of a Keap file, visit http://www.zoho.com/keap/v3/xml/. Also refer to the sample keap files available at https://github.com/zohocorp/zohocrm/tree/master/keaps.
