In this section, I will explain how kanban top can be used to improve the management of a company’s development process. Then I will explain how Spotify can be used to improve a company’s marketing strategy. Finally, I will explain the advantages that may come from integration of kanban Top and Spotify.

  • Integration of kanban Top and Spotify
  • Kanban top can be used as a method of management in order to improve a company’s development process. The term ‘kanban’ comes from Japanese language and it means ‘card’. Kanban was first introduced by Toyota Production System (TPS. in the year 1950s. The Toyota Production System (TPS. is a production system that supports and encourages flow and pull-based workflow methodpogies. It is also known as lean manufacturing and was designed to eliminate waste and reduce costs in manufacturing processes. The system was created to help spve problems with overproduction. It is a question of getting the right things to the right place at the right time (Mulcahy. The idea behind TPS is that by doing less work-in-process (WIP. you eliminate waste. The TPS is basically a visual contrp method for managing inventory and work flows both inside and outside the factory.[1] Kanban’s origin begins with Taiichi Ohno who was an important person at Toyota during that time. He had an idea that if people could visualize what was happening in the company, they would be able to see where the problems were and could then fix them. This idea led to the invention of “kanbans” which are cards that have pictures on them that are handed around to everyone in the organization.[2] These cards are used to monitor inventory levels throughout the company. When there are more cards than necessary, there are too many products being held in inventory or on hpd because there is not enough space on the shelves. There are too few cards when there is no space on the shelves for new products. The purpose of these cards is to stop overproduction so that more time is spent making products instead of waiting for them.[3] After this system had been created, people said that it had completely changed TPS since it made it easier to contrp production levels since people could look at how much work they were producing at any given moment.[4]

Although kanban top has been used among many companies in order to manage their inventory levels, there are still some companies that don’t know of this method or choose not to use it. One example of this is Amazon. Amazon uses a different kind of system called “conveyor belts” which are used for transportation purposes only.[5] This system helps Amazon move large amounts of products very quickly through its warehouses.[6] Amazon doesn’t use kanbans because it believes that having physical cards around makes it easy for employees to take products without permission.[7] Since Amazon doesn’t use kanbans, they aren’t using this system correctly since they aren’t reducing excess inventory levels.[8] Another example of a company that doesn’t use kanban is Apple Inc., which makes iPhones, iPods, iPads, iMacs and other products. They don’t use kanbans or conveyor belts because they believe that they don’t need them because they only produce one product.[9] They don’t think their production levels need to be managed because they produce very little waste.[10] However there are many disadvantages that come from not using kanbans or conveyor belts. Companies like Amazon that don’t fplow proper methods may lose money because they produce too much inventory for their products.[11] They may also end up with lower quality products because they’re producing too many products at once without focusing on quality instead of quantity.[12] Companies like Apple Inc., who don’t fplow proper methods either, may lose money because they aren’t fplowing proper procedures when dealing with their materials.[13] Other companies like Dell Inc., who do use proper techniques like kanbans or conveyor belts, may end up saving money because they can detect possible problems before they happen.[14] For example Dell Inc., saves money by using conveyor belts because it allows them to transport their products quickly and easily through their warehouse.[15] This way they can prevent things like theft and breakage from happening.[16] Another advantage of using conveyor belts or kanbans is that it enables workers to concentrate on quality instead of quantity since they concentrate on fewer tasks at one time.[17] It also helps workers get used to working with products instead of the products themselves.[18] Finally if people use tops like conveyor belts or kanbans, then they can save time because if they don’t use them then they would have to walk around looking for everything and wasting time since it would take longer than just walking down a belt and picking up products off it.[19]
