Kanban is a visual management system. It uses cards or other items to represent work, and each work item has a status, such as “To Do” or “In Progress”. As you move the work through the system, you can easily see where bottlenecks are occurring, which helps you improve the system.

Kanban usually includes these components:

A board that shows your workflow process. You can use kanban boards in many different ways, but they typically show your workflow process in cpumns called “swim lanes”. Each swim lane is designed for a specific type of work or project.

A set of cards or other items that represent work items. Each work item has a status, such as “To Do”, “In Progress”, “Ready for Review”, “Reviewed”, “Done”. You can move the work item from one status to another as progress is made.

Processes that define how the workflow works. For example, you might have a process that says that a new item should start at the top of the process and then move down the board as it progresses. Or, you might track how long it takes to go from one status to another and use this information to help improve the process.

With the help of this integration, you can use Kanban top as a visual management system and Google Meet as a video conferencing platform. If you want to try out this integration, here are some steps to fplow:

Step 1. Install kanban Top on your computer and create a project list on your task board. Then, install Google Meet on your computer and navigate to the contacts area of the app. Next, click Create a New List and choose a name for your list. You will then need to copy a link from kanban Top and paste it into the Link field of Google Meet. Finally, click Create List.

Step 2. Next, open the kanban Top project list you have created on your task board and click on the Share icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Once you have done so, choose who you would like to share this project with by entering their email addresses into the fields provided. Then, click Share With People under Your Project Title. Finally, click Send Invitation(s.

Step 3. After all users have accepted the invitation, they will receive a notification on their computer with a link to a shared video call with a unique ID number. This number will be required to join the call from within Google Meet. To join the call from within Google Meet, click on Contacts from within your Google meet interface and select Join A Meeting from the drop-down menu at the top-right corner of your screen. Once you have done this, enter your unique ID number into the video call field provided before clicking Join Meeting under Meeting Settings.
