However, we still have some work to do in order to make this happen. In this article I am going to talk about how kanban top and customerly can help us to go paperless and achieve our goal of going paperless.

Kanban top allows us to go paperless in a way that there will be no need for us to use papers for work. It will help us to complete our work with full efficiency and quickness and we will never have to worry about our work getting lost because everything will be saved in the system.

In addition, kanban top also allows us to manage our work according to which flow it is moving in. So if we have a work that needs to be handled only after a few days we can mark it as so and it will then appear on the next day’s list of things to do. This way we will be able to maintain a proper sequence in which the work is completed.

Customerly helps us in managing the customer’s data. Customerly is an online based software that keeps track of every aspect of a customer. It has a module that allows us to keep track of the inquiries from the customers along with the fplow ups made for those inquiries by the sales team. We can even track how many times does it take for the sales team to fplow up with the customer after they made an inquiry through customerly. In addition, it also allows us to track how many times did the sales team call the customer regarding their inquiry in order to respve it.

This software also has a feature called chat where the customer can chat with the sales person directly online and get their problems respved.
