To create a new account in Vtiger, the user simply needs to go to the “User” tab and click on “create”
Create a new account for each jotform using the fields like First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password.
Add the newly created account to the account list in Vtiger. Every user added to the list will appear on the home page of Vtiger. The user can be viewed by clicking on the “View” option beside his name. This will provide information such as Account Status, Contact Details and Activity Logs.
To send emails to users who have completed a form via jotform, you need to set up an email action in the workflow editor in vtiger. The workflow editor is found under the “Workflow” tab.
