Integration of JotForm and OnceHub

JotForm?

JotForm is a cloud-based web application that allows users to create forms and embed them on their sites. The forms can be used to cplect information about the user, such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc. JotForm provides a convenient way for users to gather information without requiring any installation or programming skills. The forms also support other ways of gathering data, such as uploading images or videos, checking multiple-choice boxes, submitting text responses, etc. Once the form is submitted, the data is available for download in CSV format.

OnceHub?

OnceHub is an online cplaboration top that helps project managers and team members work together more effectively while reducing risk and stress levels. It provides a central location for the planning, tracking and reporting of projects. There are several features within OnceHub that can help teams complete assignments successfully. For example, it offers cplaboration tops like discussion forums, surveys, calendars, tasks lists, instant messaging, etc. OnceHub also contains a Requests feature that enables users to submit requests for items they need or want. They can post these requests to requestors who are interested in fulfilling them. At the same time, users can browse through existing requests posted by requestors to see if something meets their needs. When an item has been requested and someone is willing to fulfill it, the two parties can negotiate the terms of the agreement. OnceHub also provides a file sharing feature that allows users to share files with others in real time. This feature helps them to cplaborate easily on projects. Finally, OnceHub offers a Timesheet feature that allows users to track hours spent on different tasks. This feature can help them keep track of all their activities throughout the day, which in turn lets them manage their time much more effectively.

Integration of JotForm and OnceHub

JotForm and OnceHub are integrated in four ways. 1. JotForm forms can be embedded into OnceHub discussions; 2. OnceHub requests can be created from JotForm forms; 3. OnceHub timesheets can be created directly from JotForm forms; 4. Data entered into JotForm forms can be exported into OnceHub timesheets.

  • JotForm forms can be embedded into OnceHub discussions

When a user creates a discussion within OnceHub, he/she has the option of embedding a JotForm form into it. This allows users to gather more information about the topic they’re discussing without leaving the discussion page. It also enables them to gather information about each other, such as name and contact information, and store it within the discussion itself (Figure 1.

  • OnceHub requests can be created from JotForm forms

The Request feature in OnceHub lets users post requests for items they need or want. Users can add information about what they want, such as the type of item they’re looking for and how many they need (Figure 2. These requests can be searched by anyone who is interested in fulfilling them. The requester will then be notified when someone is interested in fulfilling his/her request and will be able to negotiate the terms of the agreement with the requestor. After the terms have been agreed upon, the requester can accept the fulfillment of his/her request from the requestor by clicking “Accept fulfillment” (Figure 3. If you think about it, this process is very similar to that of submitting a form on JotForm, where a user fills out a form and submits it to get something done. So why not make use of JotForm to help users create requests? This allows them to cplect even more information about what they want and streamlines the process of creating a request within OnceHub (Figure 4.

  • OnceHub timesheets can be created directly from JotForm forms

In order for project managers to ensure that their team members are taking full advantage of their time, they must keep track of how long each task takes to complete. In other words, they need to keep track of how long team members spend on different tasks throughout the day in order to effectively manage their time. The Timesheet feature in OnceHub allows users to do this very thing by tracking hours spent on different tasks throughout the day (Figure 5. This feature can help users manage their time better and will ultimately benefit both them and their employers. However, there is one problem with using this feature to keep track of hours spent on tasks. it requires users to spend time entering hours into the timesheet themselves. If only there was some way to automate this process . . . . Luckily enough, JotForm makes this possible by allowing users to export data into OnceHub timesheets! To do this, first open up your project’s settings page on your JotForm account’s dashboard (Figure 6. Click on “Integrations” located under “Account Settings” on the left side of your screen (Figure 7. Then click on “OnceHub” located under “Applications” on the top right side of your screen (Figure 8. Click “Enable” next to “Export Timesheet Items Taken From Forms” (Figure 9. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of your screen (Figure 10. Then go back to your project’s main page on your OnceHub account (Figure 11. Click “Timesheet” located under “OnceHub” on your left side menu (Figure 12. Then click “Add Item” located under “Create New Timesheet Item” on your right side menu (Figure 13.
