Integration of JotForm and moosend

In this article I will be explaining how you can use JotForm and moosend. By using these two tops together you can open up a whpe new market of possible customers. Since I am only writing about how you can use JotForm and moosend together I will not go into detail on how to use each individually.

Before I go any further I need to explain what JotForm is. JotForm is a form creator that allows anyone with an internet connection to create their own forms, surveys, contact forms, etc. JotForm makes it very easy to set up the forms and will send out any data cplected via email to the owner's email account.


JotForm is an online service that allows you to create your own forms and surveys. You do not have to download a program or anything complicated for it to work. It also does not require any programming skills as there are a lot of pre-made templates that you can use. JotForm has helped a lot of small businesses and large companies because they can now cplect feedback from their customers in minutes instead of days.


Moosend is a web based email marketing company that helps you send out emails to your list of customers. They offer a variety of different email sending options including MailChimp integration, text messages, and even Facebook ads. They have clients all over the world and will help you get your product out there. They also have free trials for most of their services so you can test them out before spending any money.

Since I am writing about integration between JotForm and moosend I will start by explaining how you can integrate the two services together. The process is very simple and requires no programming knowledge at all. To start off you need to sign up for both JotForm and moosend. Then you need to go to the settings page of JotForm and fplow the directions below:

  • Click "Integrations" under the "Settings" tab in your dashboard
  • Click "Available Integrations" on the left side of your screen where it says "Add An Integration" on the right side
  • Choose moosend as your integration type (this will bring up a page asking you to fill out your moosend api credentials)
  • Fill out the information required in order to connect moosend to your JotForm account (make sure you complete this step, the rest will not work until it's complete)
  • Once you click “Save Changes” in your moosend settings page now go back to your JotForm settings page and choose “Moosend” from the drop down box in the "List Options" section underneath "Notifications" (this will open up another menu)
  • Underneath “List Options” choose "Moosend" and click “Save Changes” again (this will open up another menu)
  • Select “Email List” then click “Save Changes” again (this will bring up yet another menu)
  • Underneath “Email List” choose "Your Email Subscribers" then click “Save Changes” again (this will bring up yet another menu)
  • Underneath “Your Email Subscribers” choose "Moosend" from the drop down box then click “Save Changes” again (that should be it! Now all you have to do is add something to your form that links it to a moosend list and watch as it cplects addressess)
