How JotForm & Mautic Integrations Work

  1. Step 1: Choose JotForm as a trigger app and authenticate it on Appy Pie Connect.

Integration of JotForm and Mautic

JotForm is an online form creator. This top helps you create a variety of forms including contact form, registration form, survey, and feedback form. Besides that, JotForm also has a feature that let users embed the forms into their own website.

Mautic is a marketing automation top for small to medium sized business. In other words, Mautic can be used to manage email campaigns, sending out content, analyzing the results, and more. It integrates with other tops such as MailChimp, Shopify, Twitter, Google Analytics, etc.

Integration of JotForm and Mautic is quite straightforward. Let’s take a look at how to integrate JotForm and Mautic step by step.

Step 1. Sign up for a JotForm account.

Step 2. Start creating a form in JotForm. There are many types of forms that you can choose from. You can also start with blank form. A form created in JotForm will automatically appear in your embedded forms section (you will know it when you see it.

Step 3. Go to Mautic App Connector page. Click on the blue Get Started button. A pop up will appear. Select Mautic Marketing Automation System from the list, then click on the blue Continue button.

Step 4. Fill out the details about your Mautic system in the boxes like Name, Email, Password, etc. Then click on the blue Create Account button. You will then be taken to your Mautic dashboard after completing the sign up process. A new tab will appear in your browser when you’re done with the sign up process. Check out my screen capture below if you’re having trouble figuring out the next step.

Step 5. Now go back to your Mautic dashboard and click on the Form Builder tab at the top left corner of your screen. Then click on the blue Add Form tab in the middle of your screen. A pop up will appear where you need to select the form that you want to embed in your Mautic dashboard. Once you have found the right form, click on the green Add New Form button. If there are two forms within one JotForm account, then only one of them will appear in this pop up page. You can edit or delete it later on if you want to use another form created in JotForm for your Mautic dashboard. There are no limits on how many forms you can create within one JotForm account though.

Step 6. Copy the embed code from your new form in JotForm under Embed Code cpumn of your newly created form in Mautic dashboard. Paste it into your webpage where you want your form to appear on your website.

Now here is what I usually do next when integrating JotForm into my website backend dashboard or creating a new website with WordPress or some other CMS. After I have embedded my new form into my website, I will start creating email templates in MailChimp so that I can send out an email newsletter to my subscribers with information about my new website after I have finished creating it. So go ahead and set up some email templates in MailChimp while waiting for your new contact form to be embedded into your website!
