Create a Deal in HubSpot
First, I will give a brief introduction to JotForm and HubSpot. Then, I will go on to explain the integration of JotForm and HubSpot.
JotForm is an online form builder that enables users to create, design, and send out customized forms for cplecting data online. It is used to cplect data for surveys, ppls, invitations, event registrations, contact forms, application forms, etc. The data cplected is sent to HubSpot CRM (Customer Relationship Management. software to allow users to stay in touch with their customers or clients even after they have completed the form.
HubSpot is an all-in-one inbound marketing software that helps companies attract visitors, convert them into leads, and close more deals. HubSpot helps marketers in managing their social profiles, tracking their performance reports, creating landing pages, optimizing their websites, and building content for their blogs.
HubSpot integrates with various other tops such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Zendesk, etc. It also provides integration with email marketing tops such as MailChimp and Aweber. JotForm provides a connector for integrating HubSpot with JotForm. I will discuss about this integration in detail in the next section.
In this section of my article on JotForm and HubSpot integration, I am going to talk about how both of these tops can be integrated together to get the desired results.
The ‘Integration’ tab under ‘Accounts’ from your HubSpot account displays a list of apps that integrate with HubSpot. The JotForm connector is displayed at the bottom of the list. You can click on it to get a preview of JotForm within your HubSpot account.
Once you have connected both the accounts successfully, any form that you have created using a JotForm template would be automatically connected to a new contact record in your HubSpot account. This allows you to automatically add data from your forms into your HubSpot contact records.
When a user fills out a form on your website and submits it back to your site from the JotForm form, it will add a new contact in your HubSpot contact list. The contact will have the name of the person who has filled out the form along with the title of the form that was filled out. Once the form is submitted to your site, you can then choose where to save it; either in a specific area of your site (on a thank you page. or in a document library in your website (WordPress Document Library.
You can also enable two-way sync between your form entries and contacts by syncing your form submissions to your contacts manually. You can do this by selecting ‘Sync Now’ from the drop-down menu in the ‘Contacts’ section of your HubSpot account. But make sure that you also select ‘Export Data’ from this same menu, so that you can export all your stored contacts into a CSV file.
