    First of all, you need to sign up for both JotForm and GoToTraining. After that, you need to log into your account on both sites. When you log into JotForm, go to “Online Forms” and click “Publish” button from the left menu bar. Then you need to select “GoToTraining” from the list of options which will appear on your screen. After that, just enter the name of your form and click “Submit” button. Now let’s move to GoToTraining. First of all, we need to create a room for our meeting. To do that, go to your dashboard and click on “Meeting Room” option from the left menu bar. Then click “Create Meeting Room” button from the top right corner. After that, we need to give the title of our meeting room and choose an available time slot from the drop down box which will appear on the screen after clicking “Create Meeting Room” button. After that, go to your dashboard on JotForm and click “Online Forms” option from the left menu bar. Then click “Publish” button from the top left corner of your screen and choose “GoToTraining” option from the list of options which will appear on your screen. Click “Submit” button when you see this page. Next step is setting up the form in GoToTraining because we need to tell the app about some basic details like how many seats we want for our meeting room, where we want those seats (in-person or online), what time we want our meeting room opened before the meeting starts and so on. Let’s figure out all these details first. To set up our meeting room details, go to your dashboard in GoToTraining and click “Meeting Roms” option from the left menu bar. Then click “Meeting Rooms” option from the top right corner of your screen and choose “Create New Meeting Room” option from the list of options which will appear on your screen. After that, select a time zone you want your meeting room opened in and give a name for your meeting room as shown in the screenshot below. Then click “Create Meeting Room” button once more. Now let’s move back to JotForm because we still need to set up some basic details about our form such as title, description and privacy settings as shown in the screenshot below. After that, click “Save Changes” button one more time. Now let’s click on “Publish” button again from the top left corner of our screen. After that, we need to choose a type of form we want to create and enter some basic information such as title, description and visibility settings as shown in the screenshot below. When you finish entering all these details, click “Submit Your Form” button again. Now let’s move back to GoToTraining one more time so we can enable our meeting room for users by going to our dashboard in GoToTraining and clicking “Meeting Rooms” option from the left menu bar one last time. Once we are in the meeting rooms page in GoToTraining again, click “Manage Meeting Rooms” option from the top right corner of your screen. Finally click on “Settings” option from the left sidebar of your screen which will appear on your screen after clicking “Manage Meeting Rooms” option as shown in the screenshot below. Now you should see this page where you need to select JotForm from the list of apps which will appear on your screen after clicking “Settings” option because we already published our form in previous steps. After selecting JotForm from this list, we need to enter some basic details about our meeting room such as title, description and calendar status as shown below. After doing that, please click on “Update Room Details” button found at the bottom right corner of this page one more time. Now let’s log out by clicking “Logout” option from the top right corner of your screen as shown in the screenshot below. Next step is sharing our meeting link with anyone we want! To do that first of all we need to open our browser by clicking our desktop icon or by pressing combination key Ctrl + Alt + Delete at same time! Then go to your browser homepage by clicking www address bar or by clicking bookmarks icon! Now just type go2meeting or gototraining in search box or browse box (depends on browser version. and then press enter! And here comes our meeting link which we need to share with anyone! Now let us go back to our meeting room! Look at the fplowing screenshot which shows how someone wants to join our meeting via this link. Finally look at how someone joined our meeting via this link!
