I believe that integrating JotForm and Freshteam would be useful for small businesses because it would allow them to manage their employees more efficiently.

First, it would allow them to save time on creating employee documents. Instead of having to create employee documents each time they hire someone new, they can use JotForm to create all the necessary documents for them. They can set up the form to send the documents to them via email or download them directly into an app like Google Drive or Dropbox. This will greatly reduce the amount of time they spend creating documents for each new employee.

Second, it will help small businesses streamline their workflows by allowing them to automatically assign tasks to employees. For example, if an employee needs to submit a document to the Human Resources department, they simply need to fill out the appropriate fields on the form and submit it.
