JotForm is a software top that lets users create and publish online forms for cplecting data from their web-based application. JotForm allows users to create well-structured forms either through their web browser or with the help of its mobile app. JotForm also allows users to add images, videos, and audio recordings to their forms in order to make them more engaging and informative for their users.
