If you have multiple forms connected to one list, you can choose which form will be the default option for subscribers. Once you connect your form to a ConvertKit list, you’ll see that it has been added to the bottom of the page. You can then click on it again and edit the details of your form if necessary (for example, if you want to change the title or the default option for new subscribers.
