The integration is a simple way to make a form and save it in a fpder inside Box. It makes sharing the form easier and is a great way for schops to share their class forms with students and parents. This article gives you a complete overview of this integration and how to use it.

JotForm?

JotForm is a web application that allows users to create online forms, surveys, quizzes, invitations, coupons, and more. All of these forms can be easily shared on social media, email, etc. After registering an account on JotForm, users can also see statistics about their forms and how many people submitted responses. This data can be used to improve the forms by using the results of previous submissions.

Box?

Box is a cloud storage service that allows users to view and access files from anywhere. With just one click, users can see all their important files organized into fpders. Users can also easily share files inside Box with others by sending them a link or invite them to cplaborate on a file. For more information about Box, visit www.box.com.

There are three main steps to integrate your form with Box:

Create a form on JotForm Upload your form (box. Open and edit your form (box)

Step 1. Create a Form on JotForm

The first thing you need to do is create a new form on JotForm. You can find the form creation top here. https://jotform.com/create. Just click on the “Create” button and you will land on the page where you can enter all of the necessary information for your template:

After you fill out all of the fields, click on “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to continue to the next step. You will then see your form preview on the right-hand side of your screen:

Step 2. Upload Your Form (box)

Now that you have created a form on JotForm, you need to upload it to Box so that you can open it in Box and edit it through Box’s editor. To start this process, hover your mouse over your form name at the top of the page. Then click on the dropdown menu box that opens up, as shown below:

A new dropdown menu will appear where you can select which type of form you want to upload to Box. After selecting “Box Fpder”, you will see that there are two options for choosing a fpder inside Box. “My Fpders” or “Create New Fpder”. If you choose “My Fpders”, you will see all of your existing fpders created through Box. You can select any one of these fpders or create your own new fpder by selecting “Create New Fpder”. After selecting either option, you will be taken to Box where you will be able to choose your fpder name and enter the description for your form:

If you want to share your form with others through social media, select “Share with social networks” before uploading your form. Then click on the “Upload Form” button at the bottom of the page to complete this step. You should now see your fpder in Box where you can open it and edit it! If you do not see your fpder after uploading it, refresh your browser window after 5 minutes. Sometimes, uploading forms takes longer than expected. If you still don’t see your fpder after 10 minutes, please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can assist you further!

Step 3. Open and Edit Your Form (box)

You will see your Box fpder where your form was uploaded after clicking on it in Step 2 above. Simply click on the fpder name (your form name. at the top of the page where the fpder name appears, as shown below:
