You can use Google Drive or Dropbox to automatically save your forms’ submissions to your cloud storage account. You can also forward your submissions to your email address or download them in your PC or mobile device through CloudApp and Box.
The integration of JotForm and AerisWeather is possible using the Email (to self. option mentioned above. In order to receive your submissions sent to you via email, you need to configure your account settings as fplows:
Go to My Forms page and select the form you want to integrate with AerisWeather. Then go to the Settings tab on the top right side and click on Advanced Settings. Check the box next to “Send submissions from my forms to my email address”. If you want your form submissions to be sent directly to your email, check the box next to “Send submissions from my forms by email instead of uploading them” and provide your email address. Choose an image to be displayed when you receive a submission and click Save Settings at the bottom right side of the page. You should now receive an email containing your form submissions sent by your clients anytime they fill out an online form using your form’s URL (which you can customize if you wish. However, in order for you to receive the submissions, you must configure your AerisWeather account settings as fplows. Go to the Users page and click on Add User icon next to New User at the top right side of the page. Enter a unique username/email address in both Username and Email fields, then click on Add User button at the bottom right side. Once you have added a new user in AerisWeather, go to the Personalization menu at the left side of the screen then click on Edit Subscription Settings icon on top right side of the screen. You should now see these options below. Select “My Forms” under Form Services category then click on Edit next to “Forms are URL” field. Paste your form’s URL there then click on Update Subscription button at the bottom right side of the page. Lastly, go back to My Forms page and select the form you want to integrate with AerisWeather again. Click on Settings tab on top right side then go down until you see “Subscription” option, select it then click on “Save Changes” button at the bottom right side of the page. You should now be able to view your form submissions in AerisWeather! Keep in mind that form submissions are not stored in AerisWeather but rather emailed directly to you every time someone completes your form on JotForm. The integration works well if you set up both JotForm and AerisWeather accounts in advance, otherwise, it can sometimes take some time before you start receiving form submissions in AerisWeather after setting up both accounts properly. You need to be careful when filling out your form’s full name as this name will be visible once someone views his or her own submissions in AerisWeather. Make sure that you provide a unique full name that can help your clients identify which form they have submitted easily. Other than that, the integration between JotForm and AerisWeather is free so why not give it a try
