In this paper, I will be discussing the integration of JotForm and Adobe Sign. In addition, I will be explaining how to integrate Adobe Sign with JotForm along with the benefits it offers to users.


JotForm is a cloud-based web application that allows users to create online forms for any need. The online forms can be used for surveys, email marketing, travel booking, event registration, website feedback, lead generation, and much more.

The forms created by JotForm can be easily accessed from any device with an internet connection. In addition, JotForm offers a mobile app for iOS and Android users to submit their responses on the go.

Adobe Sign?

Adobe Sign is a cloud-based document processing application that allows users to securely sign, send, and track documents from any location and on any device wherever and whenever they need them.

Adobe Sign integrates with more than 100 business applications including CRM, eCommerce, and Salesforce.

Integration of JotForm and Adobe Sign

To integrate Adobe Sign with JotForm:

  • First log in to your account either on JotForm or Adobe Sign (or both. If you’re not signed in already, click the “Sign in” button in the top right corner.
  • After signing into your account, click on the "Integrations" tab. You will see the different integrations available to you. On the left-hand side of the page, click on “Sign in” and then select “Adobe Sign”. You will be prompted to enter your credentials and then click on "Sign in". You can also fill up the form directly on our website here. Your form is now integrated with Adobe Sign! Once the integration has been completed, you will notice a link with the name of your form on the list of all forms in your account. Click on the link to view your form in your Adobe Sign account. The easiest way to do this is to drag the link over to your bookmarks topbar. Any time you want to access your form in Adobe Sign, simply click on the bookmark! You can also select 'View in Adobe Sign' from the dropdown menu at the top of your JotForm editor.
