Step By Step JotForm Integration Guide

  1. To integrate JotForm with Appy Pie Connect, search and select the app from the app directory at Appy Pie Connect. Choose the service required and press Continue to move further ahead with integration steps at Appy Pie Connect.


  2. Click Connect an Account and a pop-up will ask to enter the API Key to integrate your JotForm account. Press Yes, Continue button after pasting the relevant JotForm API key in the pop-up form.

    Steps To Generate JotForm API Key:

    For those who are not familiar with the process to find the JotForm API Key can follow the steps given below:

    • Log in to your account at https://www.jotform.com/
    • Go to the “Settings” option available in the top right corner of the dashboard.
    • Once landed in the “Settings”, scroll down using the left-hand navigation panel.
    • Click “API” and then click “Create New Key”.
    • Once you have successfully created the New API Key, copy and paste the API key in the pop-up form at Connect.


  3. Connect will show the JotForm account integrated after the successful acceptance of the API key provided. Click the Continue button to confirm the JotForm account connected.


  4. Connect will ask to choose the options from the Dropdown menu, select the suitable option, and press the Continue button to complete the integration of JotForm at Connect.


Common Issues With JotForm At Appy Pie Connect

I am facing an Error Code: 401 desc: null

If you are facing this error, then it means that you are not the owner of the form whose data you are trying to access. You can clone the form in your own account and then use that form in the Connect or else integrate the owner account of that particular form.
