The integration process is very simple. First, make sure that you have an active account on both platforms. Then, install the plugin on Storenvy and Intercom. After that, sign in to Storenvy and click the “Add New App” button in the middle of the screen. We’ll need to verify our app through our Dashboard. Therefore, go to https://app.intercom.io/apps and click the “Verify” button on the bottom of our app page. On the next screen, enter your Storenvy URL and click “Verify App”. After verifying your website, you will get a confirmation message from Storenvy. Click the “Confirm” button on this pop-up window.
Now that we have verified our app on Storenvy, we need to install the plugin into our WordPress on Intercom. To do this, go to the “Apps” menu and click the “Manage Apps” button. Then search for Intercom Storeyty Integration in the search box and click the “Install” button. Next, Log in to your WordPress using your credentials and install the plugin by clicking the “Activate” button on the bottom of this page. Lastly, go back to Storenvy and click the “Connected” button on the top of the screen. If everything goes well, you will see a confirmation message from Intercom showing that you are now connected to Storenvy.
